When I exercise on my Gazelle in the mornings, I tend to zone out by playing my Xbox. I also, of course, count calories. But how do you stay motivated when you’re trying to lose weight? chris.pirillo.com Distributed by Tubemogul. This video was originally shared on blip.tv by l0ckergn0me with a No license (All rights reserved) license.

before and almost after (not that anyone cares)

Not that anyone really cares, but there are actually very few actual photographs with me in them. However here are a couple. The one on the left was taken about a year ago while we were in Mexico on vacation. During that vacation I spent a lot of time on the beach sans a shirt. When we returned I decided I needed to do something about my weight. I was tipping the scales at 272 lbs at that time. The picture on the right was taken a few weeks ago, and I am currently weighing in at 204 lbs and I’ve gone from a 42" waist to a 34" inch waist. It’s been a lot of hard work, and I’d like to lose another 4 lbs to get to an even 200 lbs. Due to my work schedule I go to the gym 5 to 6 days a week at 4:00 AM and workout for an hour or so before I go to work. In all honesty it’s become a bit of an obsession, maybe even an addiction. Not really sure why i’m posting this. Maybe for my own validation. No matter the reason, here it is.
